Basic Dues Structure

This Basic Dues Structure is for Agriculture, Amusement & Entertainment, Assisted Living, Communications, Construction, Financial (Other than banks & Savings & Loan), Insurance, Manufacturing & Processing, Real Estate Firms, Restaurants & Cafes, Retail, Services and Wholesale and Distributors. Note:

Supplemental Schedules
 
These separate schedules are for Apartments, Banks & Savings & Loan, Hospitals, Home Based & Individuals, Service/Non-Profit, Professionals and Real Estate Firms. The Investment Schedule is negotiable for Education and Public Utilities.

Individuals $150 (Individuals may be retired, employed part-time or full-time in a firm that is NOT a member of the chamber.)
Service & Non-Profit Organizations $150  
Principal Professional $250 $50 per additional professional in the firm.

(Physicians, Dentists, Attorneys, Architects, CPA's, Veterinarians, Chiropractors, Opticians, Optometrists, Engineers)
Real Estate Agents $175 This is for agents who's firm is NOT a member of the chamber.
Real Estate Agents $100 This is for agents who's firm is a member of the chamber.
Individual Conquistadore $100 Lifetime member of the Conquistadores
Essential Public Entites Negotiable Public organizations that are critical to the well being of the community.

(Utilities, Local Government, Private & Parochial Schools, Public School Systems, Universities, Communiy Colleges)



Exceptions to the Schedules

Small Business Blanket Investment Each additional business may be added for $150.

Same owner, separate businesses. (The rate only applies to when the owner of the first representatives may receive mailings, serve as a committee chairman or may be eligible for election to the board of directors.)
Multiple Locations Each additional location may be added for $150 in Dona Ana County.

Follow the basic membership rate for the location with the largest employment base.
Additional Reps $100 per rep
